Panorama Certified Maintenance

Why?

A Panorama Certified Maintenance (PCM) contract extends the warranty for your Panorama software.warranty

It offers the following benefits:

  • Priority access to Panorama Support, with an unlimited number of calls. Telephone support is available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12 noon and from 2 pm 5:30 pm
  • Panorama corrective maintenance
  • Free enhancements/updates in order to meet changing requirements for:
    - your customers
    - the latest technologies
    - operating systems
  • On-site intervention in the event of persistent failures
  • Discount prices on assistance services
  • Information on new features and services

Who?

The PCM contract is designed for:

  • End users wishing to ensure the longevity of their SCADA application, with guaranteed maintenance and future enhancements
  • Integrators offering their customers a global maintenance contract

A PCM contract may cover one or more projects at a given site. In this context a “project” represents the Panorama licenses for a network of PCs used to supervise an installation.

When?

We recommend you sign a PCM contract towards the end of the license warranty period.
If your licenses are no longer under warranty, you must update them to the latest version before signing the PCM contract.
