Panorama Support

Panorama Support is more than just a hotline applying a procedure to assist with standard queries. Our support teams are made up of expert Technical Support Engineers with years of experience in managing projects and in communicating with customers.

Panorama Support handles customer queries during project development, implementation, and on-site operations.
We do everything possible to answer your questions as soon as possible, to analyze the cause of a product or application malfunction, and to provide a fix.

Panorama Support opening hours
9:00 am - 12:00 noon2:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Panorama Support can also go on-site if necessary when the problem cannot be diagnosed using remote software or over the phone. In this situation, our support is similar to that of Panorama Experts, but over a much shorter period.
